She went on a cruise down the Rhine River in Germany and heard the story that inspired my name, tho it was given my Daddy's Texas pronounciation of "Laura Lee" much like "Sara Lee" instead of the Germanic "Laura Lie". The story behind my German name was always a childhood favorite! I was named after a German fairy tale.
